Hydra Booking is a WordPress plugin I worked on that provides a complete appointment scheduling and calendar management system. It helps businesses of all sizes manage bookings efficiently — from freelancers and salons to clinics and fitness studios.

Developed an internal management system to automate client support ticket routing based on issue complexity and plugin type. Utilized custom database tables to handle large datasets efficiently outside standard WP posts structure.
